Your Active Directory Account provides access to WVU's Facilities Service Desk, Parking Management Office, Wireless Network,
Magic Self-Service Desk, WebAdmin, and Citrix.
If this is your first time logging on, you must
activate your account. To resolve login issues, contact the WVU ITS Helpdesk at ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or call 293-4444 ext. 1.
